Bacon, peas & asparagus mix


▲▲▲ A delicious light dish you can make from fresh or frozen peas and asparagus. I like to use frozen veggies for this as it is faster to prepare!

Ingredients:
1 tomato, diced
Asparagus
Peas
1 onion
Freshly milled black pepper
Grated parmesan

Quantities are basically quite up to you.

- Steam separately the peas and the asparagus.
- In a pan, fry a diced onion into a tablespoon of olive oil. Then add the bacon.
-When ready : mix all and add the fresh diced tomato. Sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan.

You may want to use this recipe with pasta. This would work well with some crème fraîche as well!
